As the ACVB trailer left the yard, we hit the Tito’s ACL Live Mezzanine Bar really hard!  200 bottles of Tito’s, LED lights, custom guitar cases, and a reclaimed heart pine wood wrap to tie it all together.  When we showed up to do the install in hard hats and reflective vests, we were reminded that we “have to be finished by 5PM for a MAJOR event”.  Thanks to my friends at the Austin Film Society, I had to be finished by 5PM so I could go home and get dressed for the MAJOR event, the  Texas Film Hall of Fame Awards.  So I was able to work all day at ACL Live, then come back and admire (and support) the work with a double Tito’s Vodka and Grapefruit Juice  – right next to Hall of Fame inductee Danny Trejo.
