On Sept. 20-22, 2013, we’ll host a Design-Build Adventure in Heavy Metal at the Design Build Adventure studio in Hornsby Bend, just nine miles east of Austin on FM 969. Five acres of Central Texas prairie land — marked by sprawling pecan trees, a campfire pit, main house and tool shop — will serve as the setting for all activities. This adventure promises to be a weekend of creative exploration and engaging conversation among people who enjoy learning, getting their hands dirty and just having a good time.
